Production System Optimisation
BPP’s design methods and software model the whole range of hydrogen production engineering including proven models of major engineering equipment such as electrolysers. Work includes:
- Initial feasibility studies aligned to the UK’s Hydrogen Strategy Plan
- Engagement with key stakeholders
- Parametric design of the offshore Green H2 system
- Validation of equipment modelling with manufacturing companies
- Design optimisation based on costs, requirements and performance of each component
- Industry partnerships with key stakeholder for detailed Front End Engineering design
- Physical demonstrations of pilot systems are at planning stage
